Exchanges and Returns made easy, here's how it works: At

, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We GUARANTEE an exchange or
refund on any product that does not meet with your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days
and we will exchange the product or refund your money.
If you would like to return an item, call our customer assistants
at 724-934-4269
to replace or return any item. Our representatives will cheerfully provide you with a
return expediting number to be noted on your return slip for credit processing. (Your return slip will be enclosed with your invoice.)
Just take your package to the nearest post office, affix proper postage and your refund or
exchange will be processed promptly.
Please return all items in like-new
condition, in original packaging, and with packing sufficient
to prevent damage. Also, please be sure your return is prepaid
and insured for appropriate value. Please allow adequate
time (10 business days) for us to process your return. |
